At my baby sister's wedding a few weeks ago, her guests signed 12x12 pages I made for the happy couple. Some materials used are not SU!

AUGUST CLUB PHOTOS

These are a few photos from the August Card & Project Club and Scrapbook Club. Please forgive me, my photos were taken at night and they are not the best. Hopefully these will peak your interest and give you some ideas for stamping.

CARD: This card is using are newest Simply Card Kits and it's coordinating Wow Flowers stamp set. In the kit you get everything you need to make 9 complete cards. Everything but the adhesive is included in these kits.

12x12 PAGE: This page was made for both the Scrapbook and the Card & Project Club. It is one of my newest color combinations and uses Riding Hood Red & Chocolate Chip Cardstock. I also used one of our new Designer Series Papers called - Bella Rose. It uses Kiwi green, Chocolate Chip, Riding Hood Red & Pink Pirouette colors and is just beautiful! I even dyed the Pretties kit flower pink to match the page.

PROJECT: This is a fun & quick project for anyone. It is a cd holder out of Pink Pirouette Cardstock and some Bella Rose Designer Paper. This one was specifically designed for a wedding. It can hold a cd full of the bride & grooms favorite songs as they're thank you to their guests. For the Scrapbook Club I also designed a page with the cd holder attached. It could be a wedding Page with a disc full of wedding photos, a family reunion page with a disc full of reunion photos, or even a babies birth, or a birthday party. It's a great way to always know where the cd of your Pictures is
for that certain event! (Sorry - I didn't get a picture of the page before the hostess went home with it!)

CARD: This was the MAKE-N-TAKE card for the Card & Project Club and I also made these for my Southwest Demonstrator Swap for this month. I love this Sock Monkey set and especially enjoyed sewing floss for the balloon string.

12x12 PAGE: This was the MAKE-N-TAKE for the Scrapbook Club. I wanted to show how you could incorporate a card onto the page, especially if it is a card you really like and want to save. This page uses the card above and also some Baja Breeze Cardstock, the Scallop Edge Punch. It makes a really cute birthday page!

FAQs
Q: Why is Stampin' Up! offering this promotion?A: Over the years, we have heard numerous requests for additional Starter Kit options that are lower-priced and include fewer products for recruits who may already own Stampin' Up! product. This promotion is your chance to share this business opportunity with customers and hostesses at an appealing price point.
Q: How does a potential recruit order one of the promotional Starter Kits?A: If you have a Demonstrator Business Web Site (DBWS), using the Online IDA is certainly the easiest and fastest way to get your new recruits started. If you do not have a DBWS, print out the appropriate promotional Starter Kit Order Form and send it to the home office as you would the regular Starter Kit Order Form.
Q: In the Fall-Winter Sampler, it lists a recruiting promotion during this same period where the new recruit gets to choose a free stamp set from the catalog. Does this apply to these promotional Starter Kits?A: No. The free stamp set offer is only for recruits who purchase the standard Starter Kit for $199.
Q: Do the promotional Starter Kits include the same business supplies as the standard Starter Kit?A: Yes. All of the business supplies are the same. The promotional kits just include fewer products. The Home Décor focused Starter Kit is the only kit that includes a pack of Décor Elements brochures. All other kits include just one single brochure.
Q: Are any of the items substitutable?A: Yes. Just like the standard Starter Kit, most of the products in the kit that are substitutable for like items in the catalog. Check out the online order form for more details on which items are substitutable.

I'M SO BEHIND!!!

Does everyone else get behind like me??? I keep chastising myself because other things...life, kids, summer vacations, accidents, etc. keep taking precedence. Well I have taken stock and am now trying to play catch up. I wanted to post a few of the items I demonstrated this summer. In the next blog, I will catch up on the challenge pages from my Card & Project Clubs and my Scrapbook Club. (Which I'm sure you've all been waiting for along time to be posted!) So I hope you enjoy the following projects as ideas or hopefully they can spark some new ideas for you.
